This is tricky. There really isn't a set Stamblade rotation. What I suggest doing, is just sitting on a dummy and working with your dots until you feel comfortable. However, this is what I typically do. Light Weave everything.
Buff with Leeching (if you use it) -> Deadly Cloak -> Relentless Endless Hail -> Rearming Trap -> Razor Caltrops -> Poison Injection -> Incap -> Bow -> Rending slashes -> Surprise Attackx2 -> Deadly Cloak -> Bow -> Light Attack then Bar Swap and Repeat.
In Execute you can drop Caltrops and rending, and with good healers relentless as well since you'll have cb prayer. You'd just use Endless Hail -> Trap -> Poison Injection -> Killer's Bladex9
The trick to Stamblade is finding the balance between mixing in a heavy while off-balance is up and gaining resources. Keep your dots up and shoot off bows as you get them. You'll get more and more comfortable with it as you play it. I'd suggest setting srendar trackers for all your dots close to your character; You can see this demonstrated in the video.
